Production partner / built for the trade
Share your project specifications, design files, or cut lists. Millhouse delivers precisely manufactured cabinet components, from CNC-cut panels to assembled boxes, for dealers, showrooms, cabinetmakers, and contractors across Los Angeles.
How we got here
We were the customer first.
For years, Millhouse operated as a full-service design and build firm for cabinetry. We worked directly with homeowners from first consultation through final installation, on projects ranging from modest remodels to estates valued at over one hundred million dollars. The budget never changed how we worked. Every project got the same discipline: careful measurement, precise drawings, and components that arrived ready to install.
Along the way, we were also dealers, sourcing from manufacturers, managing lead times, and absorbing the same frustrations our clients felt. We watched good projects get delayed by poor coordination, unclear specs, and handoffs that left installers guessing. We knew the problem from both sides.
That experience is what built Millhouse Cabinetry today. We transitioned into fabrication because we knew what a better manufacturing partner looked like, and we had not found one. Now we are that partner: for contractors, designers, dealers, and cabinetmakers who are tired of figuring out the details that should have been handled upstream.
Built by people who have been on your side of the table.

Before anything gets cut
Design intent becomes a clear production reference before it reaches the shop floor. Elevations, dimensions, details, 3D views, and schedules give your team something real to review and approve.
We resolve the open questions upstream, so the approved set is the instruction—not a guess—for every component that follows.

Submit architect drawings, designer specs, cabinet software files, or a finished cut list. We produce a complete, production-ready drawing set before anything goes to the machine.
From intent to instruction
HOMAG machinery turns approved parts into repeatable, exact components, job after job, room after room, without the tolerance creep of hand-cut work.
Repeatable precision
A complete front-of-house package, coordinated to your specification: finishes, profiles, and sizing locked before they leave our dock.
One production partner
Hardware drilling, edge profiles, and finishing details handled inside the same controlled production flow. Nothing farmed out, nothing improvised.
Details, resolved
Choose the handoff that fits your install: flat-packed and labeled for your crew, or fully assembled and ready for the next trade on site.
Built around your crew
From approved scope to organized shipment, we coordinate the full component set so nothing is missing when delivery shows up.
End-to-end support
Inside the shop

Production-grade routing for repeatable, exact components.

Optimized cutting that turns full sheets into labeled parts.

Precise holes and system patterns ready for assembly.
The Millhouse standard
When it lands on-site, it should already feel like momentum.
Built for your handoff
Expand your offering and protect your margins. We manufacture to your specifications and ship components your way, so your showroom can sell without owning a factory.
Extend your production capacity without expanding your floor plan or payroll.
Keep the schedule moving with labeled components that arrive organized and ready to install.
The detail you specified is the detail that gets built. Our drafting team closes the gap between design intent and production reality.
Every pallet arrives labeled, organized, and sequenced so the first box opened is the first one installed.
Our in-house design team handles everything: site visit, measurements, drawings, and full production. You approve the design. We handle the rest.
From the field
We source from three fabricators. Millhouse is the only one where parts are labeled correctly every single time. That sounds like a low bar, but in this industry it is not.

Owner, Cabinet dealer, Torrance
We had a 22-unit multifamily project on a tight schedule. Millhouse delivered two phases early, labeled by unit, and we never had a wrong part. I have already sent them the next job.

Project Manager, Residential developer, Newport Beach
I specified a custom profile on a built-in wall unit and fully expected it to come back wrong. It came back perfect. The drafting team caught two things I missed in my own drawings.
